.it really means nothing. It just gives it that dark demond.type of look.......
"I saw a ghost and it had black hair", "I saw a demon and it had black hair", they always have black hair. Always. I'm surprised the incredibly superstitious haven't started to shun people with black hair. xD

I've seen a young teenaged male with blond hair ....

I have never heard about the frequency of different hair colors seen. It is random - just like hair color is in real-time-life.

I have heard of more blonde ghosts. My daughter had a haunting. A girl with long blonde hair and a white dress. When we did the research about the ghost child who died on their property in 1913 we got a picture of a girl with long blonde hair and white dress.

I am blonde......booooooooo do I scare you? *wink*

Actually most have grey or bleach white hair.

Well it wouldnt be as scary of it had pink hair or blonde hair...it really means nothing. It just gives it that dark demond.type of look.
