Tell them that u are a duaghter of christ and by his word they have no legal right to torment u and that they may never return again.

P.s. why its getting worse when u pray is because it is working, keep praying when it is there DO NOT STOP PRAYING BCAUSE U R AFRAID THAT ONLY GIVES IT MORE POWER!!
I understand what you are saying. We have had shadows and sounds at night too. It is very scary and upsetting. You and your parents should contact a local paranormal team to come and help you get rid of it. Their services are normally free since they are all on a mission to find the truth.
That sounds like a demon and you need to have your house blessed by a priest ASAP! In the mean time, walk around every room while burning white sage and reciting Scripture.
