How do you cure thought broadcasting

How do you cure the paranoid feeling of thinking people can hear your thoughts??? Via telepathy?

People can't hear your thoughts, it is simply not possible, if you really believe that people can eavesdrop on what is going on inside your head and that is causing you a problem you are possibly suffering from something like paranoia and should seek medical advice.

It is not a "feeling" it is a claim, or a belief if you prefer the latter term.

Ask yourself: "Is it possible that other people can hear my thoughts or for me to hear their thoughts?"

Then, "What do I believe constitutes proof?"

Come up with your best reasoning and challenge it. Identify whether or not your claim can be tested objectively. If your claims cannot be tested by any method, and all you have is subjective, mind-generated experience, then the claims are probably not believable.

There are millions of people (at least) who believe some god is both listening to their thoughts and also injecting thoughts into their minds. How the acquired such a schema varies from person to person. Ronald Reagan, for example, alleged that he prayed to some god for guidance on how to make presidential decisions.

Likewise, there are other people who believe that human beings can by virtue of natural talents or some sort of technology or some metaphysical power can read minds and/or inject thoughts.

However, there is no evidence that any of this is possible.

Among Christians, it is common practice to socialize children to talk to their imaginary friend, Jesus.

(Religion does not necessarily lead to disembodied voices. There are Muslims willing to blow themselves up because they believe that they will live forever after they die in the cause of spreading Islam by killing infidels. Typically, if they are fundamentalists, they do not believe that Allah communicates to mortals.)
