I Don't Know If My House Haunted

So I Live In Utah In A Home That We Built Our Selves So No One Has Lived In It Before. But I've Heard Spirits Can Connect Themselves To Objects. And we have old Indian pots we dug up on private property, and tones of old stuff from the Mormon pioneers.
And in my house some strange things have happened. Doors Have Opened By Themselves And One Time I was Sitting In The Kitchen And My Cell Phone Flew Off The Table And Landed On The Ground In Pieces. Also I just feel like I'm being watched all the time. I see shadows and i hate to go to sleep at night because I'm constantly being touched and my room is sometimes really hot or really cold, temperatures change withing seconds dramatically.
And My Sister has reported stuff but she lies alot and my dad dosent want to addmit anything because his sister was possessed and he hates anything paranormal since. And my mom dosent talk about it at all.
I dont know if im paranoid because my favorite shows are "Destination Truth" "Fact Or Faked" "Ghost Hunters" "Paranormal Witness"
So I Don't Know If Watching Those Alot Have Made Me Paraniod Or What
Also My Friends And IHave Gone To Haunted Places At Night Alot So Can Ghosts Follow You Home?

ok sounds like you have some ghost(s) attached to you. theres a lot of reasons why these paranormal things are happening. it is very possible a ghost can follow you home if you have something they want like a lot of energy or something. dont fear them they feed off of that. they cant do that much damage to you as long as you dont fear them or show any kind of fear. you could have built the house on some kind of burial ground or somewhere where some old house or asylum or anything could have been or the ghost of the pots or anything like that. i am a native american & i have my own beliefs & i have had so many paranormal experiences since i was 3. i have been to a haunted church on my rez & i have actually seen a little boy ghost in the window & so many more there. you are not paranoid. those things could not happen if you were. theres some things you can do to help get it out or help mellow it out you could get some sage which is a native american herb & burn it in a ash tray or a bowl or something & just clean your house with its smoke & clense yourself & go around your house with it & it will get any bad or negaitive spirits out. or you could get your local priest to bless your house but since i believe in my culture i dont do that but i have had the sage work MANY times.hope this helps! good luck!!! member DONT SHOW FEAR whatever you do please dont! if you have anymore questions email me at littleraven8688@yahoo.com

Listen, in my opinion, ghosts are very real. But they don't mean harm, after all, they're trapped in a world separated from us, right? Anyway, if you feel your house is haunted, just ignore it, and feel happy. I think they do these things to connect with us. I'm not religious, so I can't tell you much about these things though, sorry.
Anyhow, when I was younger, I used to think my house was haunted. I experienced the same things as you, it scared me a lot, and if you're truly paranoid, I recommend a therapist to talk to about your fears.. :) Hope this helps..
