1) When I was little I woke up to a man at my doorway. About 5' 7" - 5' 10". He was all white, no face, just figure. I asked who it was, no answer. Tried to wake up my little sister but she refused to. I looked back at the door and it was still there. I follow it and it turned around and started to run. I watched it and it divided into two foggy figures and went into seperate rooms. I kept walking a thought I saw a figure of a girl sitting and crying.
2) 2011 - My cousin and I were sitting in my other house talking. Then we both have the urge to look at the chandler and a piece flew off from it and landed near the wall.
3) 2011 - (Same House) I was recording and asked a question, "how long have you been living here... If i may ask?" and I hear "I've been living here ever since i was born".
4) 2011 - (Same House) My cat came back from the hospital 2 days ago. I put him high on my stand, far from the end. I used the computer and I have a sudden urge to look at my cat and he wasn't moving, he was sleeping. Suddenly, he was thrown to the floor.

I had a dream about a cat. I was talking to a woman and then I looked off into the distance and saw this brown cat staring at me. It started running towards me and then it sort of just jumped through time and space: kind of like if you watch a video and it skips forward a little bit. It did this a few times until it was basically right on top of me. Then it scratched at me and made this horrible yowling sound. It stayed with me even after I woke up the next moment. I even felt this strange pain where it scratched. I had actually this cat the other day, but my mother believes it was inhabited by an evil spirit of some sort.

I'll tell you about one the many sleep paralysis I had stretching a long time ago when I was about 13...I had a dream about being sucked into a dimensional realm similar to one you see in the movie "the cell" ( I don't know if you guys have ever watched it but anyway). So,there I was, finding myself completely drifted down into that macabre place, completely dark and weird, with all sort of weird unimaginable noises going on. Later on, I got back to my body and found myself lying on my back, with the curtain covering half of my face, since I was right besides an opened window letting the wind blow into my room, and noticed something very tall and estrange being standing right at the feet of my bed. though, I didn't dare to completely open my eyes as I was very scared to see its hideousness more clearly, It was somehow brownish and skinny on top of other descriptions I just mentioned .. I felt it's tong licking and wrapping around my tip toes, and became very uncomfortable having those weird sensations. So, I got down to a point that I couldn't take it anymore due to the high amount of fright taking hold of me, I just didn't hesitate to force myself to wake up just to make it stop...btw,the worst part about it, was that it felt very real... and I hated the dark gloom that was there in my room...

It's not paranormal but once i was in the living room on the computer and i face the window that looks into my garden, i look up and right at the back of the garden there was a tall thin woman dressed in grey staring right at me. I shat myself.
