A pair of in-phase stereo speakers is placed side by side, 0.63 m apart. You stand directly in front of one of the speakers, 0.8 m from the speaker. What is the lowest frequency that will produce constructive interference at your location?

the speed of sound is 343 m/s.

Hello

The path difference to one, and to the other loudspeaker is sqrt(0,8^2+0,63^2) - 0,8 = 0,2183 m.

And constructive interference occurs when the path difference is nλ.

1λ = c/f --> F = c/λ = 343/0,2183 = 1571 Hz
