Why doesn't water just fly off of the Earth

South America, and Australia?-Because God blessed the water after He created the Earth. As a result, the water is Holy, so it cannot fly off of the Earth.......
I mean, if gravity pulls water DOWN, then wouldn't it just all be pushed off the Earth someplace near the South Pole, South America, and Australia?

It is clear that you don't understand the physics of gravity. Gravity keeps water on the earth, but this does not in any way, shape or form mean that the water will go in a southern direction. The gravity of the earth pulls things toward the Earth at a rate of 9.8 meters per second at every point on the planet (with slight changes adjusted for elevation) and this keeps the water attracted to the northern part of the planet just as much as the southern part of the planet.

In other words, DIRECTION IS MEANINGLESS in this regard.

I can assure you we have oceans, lakes and puddles here in Australia, just like the rest of the world.
Our world is not upside down, either. It's just like yours!
There is NO up and down associated with the world. We only use north/ south as reference for directions.
You could also travel east around the world, and end up where you started. You would arrive from the west, still travelling east.

Gravity pulls everything toward the center of the Earth. The water at the South Pole wouldn't "fly off" the Earth because it would also be pulled toward the Earth's core.

-
Because the gravitational centre is the centre of the very planet, not the South Pole.

-
It's because the Earth is spherical, not flat. "Down" is always the direction to the center of the Earth.

-
Haha no it's not pulled down it's pulled towards the center of the earth.

-
Gravity pulls objects to the center of the earth not down the map.

-
it's called steam.
