Their polarities are reversed, so while a neutrino particle has a polarity of + charge or - Charge, the anti-neutrion has the oppsite. This is true for all antimatter.

I feel neutrino is named so because it has no charge. "Little neutral one" is the phrase that was stated by Fermi regarding neutrinos. Moreover the name itself implies their neutral nature. I suspect both the answers.
