Have both the faster than light neutrinos and arsenic based life been at least partly refuted

The OPERA consortium found a problem in the experiment's timing network. It seems quite likely that this will explain the apparent faster-than-light neutrinos. They're waiting for the next runs at CERN to generate neutrinos for confirmation experiments at INFN.

Don't know about the arsenic-based life stuff.
