If someones reflection is staring at you does that mean they are staring you reflection

i was on the bus today and i look at the reflection of the person sitting opposite me in the window next to us and their reflection was staring directly at me. does this mean they were staring at my reflection in the same window?

well...its how u perceive it..i mean may b that person was looking out of the window and ur image came in the line of sight of what that person was looking at (out of the window...) but may b he was or she was(if u r lucky) looking at ur reflection .... :)

if you assume that they weren't just looking out the window, and it truly was the same window, then yes.
