Mostly, yes. The Opry Mills mall is still closed (except for Bass Pro Shop), but that is due to a lawsuit with their insurance company which is being resolved. Some homes are still being reconstructed, and others are being purchased by the city and demolished to get them out of flood plain. Other than that, you probably won't see any evidence of the flood.
