Sulfur Dioxide will do it, as it will react with various gases in the atmosphere to form sulfuric acid. The biggest producers of sulfur dioxide though are volcanoes, although it can be man-made.

Carbonic Acid can form from water and carbon dioxide, which is again both naturally occurring and man-made.

And nitric acid, which can be man made but is also caused by electric discharge from lightning.
