Good question. I would say it would be a spider or a snake. The Funnel Web Spider can kill someone within an hour. If you're looking at a quick and gorey death, I'd say a shark attack, or a crocodile attack.
Then next on my list would be cheetahs, leapords, tigers, lions.

Humans kill every thing they come across pollute their own environment, large animals like lions may kill one or two people but get kill themselves shortly thereafter so the damage they do is limited.
