I rounded away the decimals so I think a fair estimation would be 11,000kph-homework?......
What is a geosynchronous orbit?
Where is the “ring” of satellites in this kind of orbit?
Why do we use them for communication?
Approximately how far from the surface of the Earth are these satellites?
Approximately how fast are they moving?

An orbit that allows an object to stay over approximately the same area of earth. This means that, if you were to look up at the satellite, it wouldn't look like it's flying across the sky but would look like it stays right above you.

The ring would be above the equator

We use them for communication because we can always contact the same satellites and we wont lose contact as they cross the horizon

Altitude of 35,786 km (22,236 mi) above ground

How fast? Let's see. 35,786 km above the earth times 2 plus 12,756km for the earths diameter gives an orbital diameter of 84,334km. Multiplied times pi gives a circumference of 264,935km Divided by a 24 hour rotational period and you get 11,038kph. I rounded away the decimals so I think a fair estimation would be 11,000kph
