I hear lots of people talking about flying cars, and I think that their ideas are kind of stupid.I mean, thousands upon thousands of people die in car accidents each year.those accidents can get pretty bad.an auto accident in the sky would be casastrophic.and they probably will not become commercially available for decades.there are more disadvantages than there are advantages.I don't think Its very safe. Do you?

well, of course. Though you should be aware that flying cars *do* exist - people have been creating some form of flying car since the 1930's or so (depending upon exactly what definition of 'flying car' you want to use.)

Fortunately for insurance companies (and the majority of us ground-hugging citizens) flying cars have never yet been really economically viable for mass usage.

Yeah you are right there are way more potential disadvantages if flying cars are produced. Of course, the most deadly problem would be more fatal accidents if they were invented. But who wouldn't want a flying car? i would like to have one just for the sake of owning one (and flying through the clouds on a calm day)...

i bet a lot people back when the car was first invented thought that driving them would be dangerous, but that didn't stop the companies from producing vehicles (and the people from buying them). Besides, they are making them more safer every year.

And who knows, flying cars might just have a force field around them that is standard for all flying vehicles. And invisibility would be an expensive option.

One thing the world very definitely does not need. It's bad enough if you live near a busy road, having to endure the noise, pollution, and danger involved. Imagine how much worse it would be if there was a constant stream of the things flying overhead!

The trouble is that if YOU were the only person in the world with a flying car, then it would be great. Sort of like the fist guys who ever got a car. But in reality if one person gets one, millions of others would too. The sky would then be infested with traffic jams of the things, just like they are infesting every part of the Earth's surface in biblical proportions.
