Are there any good theories about how the universe began

According to the Big Bang theory the universe was originally a small,dense,hot singularity.
Then for some reason it expanded faster than the speed of light,eventually forming galaxies containing stars and planets over billions of years. Nobody knows what caused the expansion,although some have theorized it was contact with another universe. We may never know.

Most people would insist that science's creation theory is the best and most accurate theory. While the big bang theory (a.k.a. science theory) still has it's flaws it's one of the most accepted theory. The theory basically says all the world's energy was once contained in a black hole. When the black hole exploded the contained gas condensed and formed stars and planets. I'm missing a lot of details but that's basically a rough summary of it. But yeah, like religious theories it doesn't explain where this black hole came from...

Basically Haruhi got bored with our first universe and created a new one without realizing it. This has happened three times and our current one has aliens, time travelers, and ESPers. While there is some debate about what her divine status is, there is no doubt that Haruhi is at least a God of some kind....also, Kyon is her prophet..
