If someone is cloned, are both psychologically the same person or not

-Absolutely not.You would have to wait 12,900 years past their original date of birth before you can respawn with same characteristics. No moon year or day is exactly the same.Science has indisputably proven astrology has significant bearing on personality.A person also may or may not be the same yet,......
For example, if I were to clone a terrorist, would both copies be a terrorist to the same degree? Or would they have completely different traits? I'd assume the environment would change them (if they lived in different places). But how drastic of a change would this be?

Absolutely not.
You would have to wait 12,900 years past their original date of birth before you can respawn with same characteristics.
No moon year or day is exactly the same. Science has indisputably proven astrology has significant bearing on personality.
A person also may or may not be the same yet, since life experience changes a person in the mind.

-
no. Even though the underlying genetics and anatomy of clones will be the same, the two will not undergo the same experiences to develop psychologically the same.

-
Since no one has ever been cloned, how would we know and who on earth would clone a terrorist just as an experiment anyway?
