Is there really something such as evolution

And from this exodus is said to come all the distinctively unique regional variants (sometimes called races) we see today *except africans, of course. Modern humans then populate virtually every land mass on the earth. Even continents separated by oceans now, from land bridges said to have sunk or melted around 8,000 years ago.......
ITs the truth so should learn to believe it

All anyone has to do is to consider the 'out of africa' scenario purposed by evolutionists. Occurring, as they say, "somewhere around" 40,000 to 60,000 years ago. And from this exodus is said to come all the distinctively unique regional variants (sometimes called races) we see today *except africans, of course. 'Modern' humans then populate virtually every land mass on the earth. Even continents separated by oceans now, from land bridges said to have sunk or melted around 8,000 years ago. Somewhere along the way, or when they settled in their respective locations, they 'evolved' to have specific, and beneficial, features according to there region. Such as white skin from lack of sun, or a 'slanted' / naturally squinting fatty upper eyelid for cold and sun glare protection. All of which was solidly established by 10,000 years ago. That gives 30k to 50k years for all this to happen.
Now let's to jump ahead a bit, and get to what 'evolution' is. "Change in the genetic composition of a population during successive generations, as a result of natural selection acting on the genetic variation among individuals, and resulting in the development of new species". And 'natural selection' is, "A process in nature in which organisms possessing certain genotypic characteristics that make them better adjusted to an environment tend to survive, reproduce, increase in number or frequency, and therefore, are able to transmit and perpetuate their essential genotypic qualities to succeeding generations". *It's important to understand that 'natural selection' is due to the environment, and specific to it.... Because it was rough back then!, and if you didn't carry the beneficial features specific to a certain environment, you were likely to die.
By virtue of regional variants, it is clear that the expression of the human genome, as to physical appearance, has little boundaries beyond our basic form (large brained upright walking hominoid). Compare a Aka of Congo to a Norseman. And 'Natural selection' is a weeding out of non-beneficial physical traits by environmental pressures.
