Can I have an adrenaline rush at will if.......

If i put a false situation through my mind, like something that causes extreme fear or danger, can i make my nervous system react to give me an adrenaline rush?

Also, if that's not possible, can i raise my heartrate mentally to have greater physical strength.

If it is possible, will too many rushes very often hurt me?

there's a reason your body doesn't constantly pump adrenaline. Constant adrenaline would rob blood from certain places in your body. Also, it's quite possible to give yourself a greater heart rate mentally, but it wouldn't give greater physical strength
