It has not been made official yet, but the thinking is the high end of the EF 4 scale. I am actually watching The Weather Channel right now, and they said the thinking is around 198 mph winds. Over 200 mph is EF 5, so it just needs 3 more mph. The official word will be made tomorrow, or later today, depending on how you look at it.
