What does the change of mass of the dialysis bag indicate?-Sucrose is a solute and increasing it decreases the water concentration, so water flows from a higher concentration to a lower one.Water is entering the bad and increasing its mass..It is called osmosis.......
We are putting different concentrations of sucrose in seperate cups of distilled water. As the concentration of the sucrose in a dialysis bag increases the mass of the bag increases, but why? What does the change of mass of the dialysis bag indicate?
