What do we humans breath in? Oxygen or carbon dioxide

And what do plants realease carbon dioxide or oxygen? If you can help me out, it would be grtly appreciated thanks! (:

Humans breath in oxygen from the air. It is distributed throughout the body via the bloodstream. Simultaneously the blood stream collects carbon dioxide and expels it through the lungs.

Plants are the opposite. They "breath" in carbon dioxide from the air and use it to create sugar. The "exhaust" from their sugar-making is oxygen.

-
Humans breathe in every gas in the air, which is a combination of oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and other such gasses. To answer your question, humans use oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide, as carbon dioxide is poison to humans. Plants, however, take in carbon dioxide and release oxygen.

Hope this helps

We breath both I think, oxygen is what we breath in to survive. We breath carbon dioxide out, because it is toxic to us. Our lungs are sort of like filters, that filter out that carbon dioxide. (I'm saying the lungs are like filters as they inhale both oxygen and carbon dioxide, and filter/clean/remove the carbon dioxide when you exhale.) Plants use that carbon dioxide to live. Which is "mutualism", where we take and give.

-
we breath in both, the air around us contains all kinds of gasses.

humans and animals use Oxygen, Oxygen is absorbed by the blood in the lungs and carbon dioxide is the gas that we breath out.

plants absorb co2 (carbon dioxide) and give off oxygen.

-
technically we inhale an exhale the gases that make up the earth's atmosphere. our lungs exchange the oxygen in the air with carbon dioxide. plants take carbon dioxide and produce oxygen.

-
We breathe in both and release carbon dioxide. Plants do the exact opposite, taking in carbon dioxide and emitting oxygen.

-
We breathe in oxygen, and it comes out carbon dioxide. Plants take in carbon dioxide and give out oxygen.

-
plants release oxygen and we breath in oxygen and we give out carbon dioxide and when carbon deoxide is on a plant it help it grow

-
plants absorb carbon dioxide, and emit oxygen... we technically breathe in both, but we exhale carbon only (unless your lungs are seriously damaged)
