My paternal grandmother has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and I know for a fact that there is a high probability my sister will develop it as well. I was just wondering if it was possible that I could be a carrier?

Unfortunately, Yes. Since you are related to your grandmother, and your sister got it. Sorry :/ It will probably happen when you are old though
