Please help me with an ap biology experiment

i just found one i really liked, the experiment is set to test what concentration of sugar do ants prefer? there are 5 beaker: 5%， 10%， 15%, 20%, 30%.

i never tried this before because this is our final project, what are some discussion questions i can ask base on this experiment?

and can anyone explain to me why ants prefer certain concentration of sugar please?？？thank u!

Here's my hypothesis.
Drinking concentrated sugar water might dry them out. Insects need water. They might prefer a more concentrated solution if they aren't wanting for water, but if they are thirsty they will go for a less concentrated solution.
