My friend is saying its not I used to think the same but now I realize it is. I can't really explain why I see why in my head though. Can someone explain to me why it is?

i dont see why its a drug because in some countries its legale and its used for medicinal purposes to.its a so called gateway drug. a gateway drug is a drug that is considered to lead to other more stronger drugs like heroin ore cocaine.

It's a difficult thing to nail down specifically, but in this instance it would make sense to say that it's a drug because it alters normal bodily functions.

technically a drug is something that changes your average state of mind, but from that logic so is coffee and chocolate, its more personal opinion i consider alcohol a drug but not marijuana
