Is this a good reason to quit Yahoo in disgust (chem board)

i'm sorry soc. when i'm stumpped, i look for your answers to help me help others. i agree that yahoo is a crock. i don't know how many times i've reported 'spontaneous combustion' questions to have them still appear. i even reported one purported sex offended, he claimed to have lust for prepubescent boys, and i still see him here.

if anyone's answers should be removed, they should be mine. because i'm tired of answering questions, spending the time researching answers for people only to 'submit' and have the question already deleted. i can spend up to 20 minutes on an answer to find the question deleted after the fact. i've even called the person asking the question 'idiot" for believing in certain things that are rediculous. i agree that yahoo is childish and only wants to support the juvenile people asking the questions, most of high school age. i would hate to see you leave. i would love to protest against "yahoo's antics" but i have an haven't gotten anywhere.

You know the same happened to me. I answered a question and someone reported abuse. It was pretty annoying. I don't think that you should leave yahoo answers over that, I've seen my questions (and other questions) that you've answered and you give great advice. You really know your stuff, so I don't think that this thing should make you quit. It was probably some low-life that really wanted to get a kick out of annoying someone. I don't think that something this small should affect you this bad. It's best to ignore it, let that weirdo have his fun.
As for the second question, if you could think of something then tell me, cause I'm in.
