0096= 0,0,......
I have the concentration/molarity of a sample of vinegar (0.096 mol/L) which I need to convert to grams/100mL.

If someone could help or explain how to do this that would be great. Thanks!! :)

Molarity = Moles / Litre

Mole of Vinegar ( CH3COOH) = 12 +3 +12 +16 +16 +1 =60 Gram
So 0.096 Mole = 0.096 * 60 = 5.76 Gram
litre = 1000 Ml
So The Molarity of your sample = 5.76 Gram / 1000Ml divide by 10

So it equals 0.576 Gram / 100ml

0,096 mol/L = 0,096 mol / 1000mL

so it's 0,0096 mol / 100 ml

0,096 mol = m/M
M(vinegar acid or CH3COOH) = 2*12.01+2*16.00+4*1.008 = 60.052 g/mol

so m = M*n = 60,052*0,0096= 0,5765992 grams

final answers:
0,5765992 grams/100mL
