Bubbles rise in a newly opened bottle of a carbon beverage. This action is explained by the fact that carbon dioxide is less soluble in water when

Its the high pressure that makes the c02 soluble in the liquid, when you open the bottle, you are releasing the pressure, thus pressure is reduced, the answer is b)
