g.sulfur dioxide.h.and Barium iodide.* Anyone who answers this, if you have any methods to make balancing easier,......
I need help balancing these chemical equations please and thank you :) I don't know why, but I have a lot of trouble understanding how to do this.

e. Zinc and hydrochloric acid react to form Zinc chloride and hydrogen gas.

f. Beryllium hydroxide and phosphoric acid react to form beryllium
phosphate and water.

g. Copper and sulfuric acid react to form copper (II) sulfate and water and
sulfur dioxide.

h. Aqueous hydroiodic acid is mixed with Barium hydroxide to form water
and Barium iodide.

* Anyone who answers this, if you have any methods to make balancing easier, please help me out !

Ill help with the first.

Zinc and hydrochloric acid react to form Zinc chloride and hydrogen gas.

Find the chemical formula for each element/compound and then put them into the chemical equation.

Zn + HCl --> ZnCl2 + H2

(Remember that numbers after the formula are little)

It helps to write down how many of each element there is on the reactant side and on the product side.

Zn= 1

H=1
Cl=1

-->

Zn=1
Cl=2

H=2

Now make them equal. On either side of the arrow the number of each element should be the SAME.

Check them off if they are already equal. Zn=1 on both sides so it gets checked.

However there is 2 Cl and H on the product side. So on the reactant side you can multiply HCL by 2!

Final answer would be:

Zn + 2HCl --> ZnCl2 + H2

Hope that helped!

first and foremost, you need to be able to translate the words to the chemical symbols. can you do this?

Zn + 2HCl --> ZnCl2 + H2

3Be(OH)2 + 2H3PO4 --> Be3(PO4)2 + 6H2O

Cu + H2SO4 --> CuSO4 + H2

2HI + Ba(OH)2 --> H2O + BaI2

AMAZING!Is it what you need? http://buybulks.info/422020/chloride
