just a tad off, hun.The answer is 5.When multiplying by sig figures, you want your answer to be in the least amount of sig figures. The zero before the decimal and after are insignificant,......
Express each answer to the proper number of significant figures.

(0.06000x10^18) x (84,921x10^-9)

My answer: 5.0953 x 10^12

Is my answer correct?

Nope, just a tad off, hun.
The answer is 5.095 x 10^12

When multiplying by sig figures, you want your answer to be in the least amount of sig figures.
The zero before the decimal and after are insignificant, any number that is not a zero is significant.
ex: 1, 2 , 3, etc.
However a zero is significant when it is between two numbers other than a zero.
ex: 509, (3 sig figures) 2.08, (3 sig figures) 3.000004 (7 sig figures)

Zeros are not significant when there is no decimal unless "sandwiched in" (509, 2.08, 3.0000004)
ex: 500 (1 sig figure) , 924,800 (4 sig figures)
However if you see: 500.
The "." makes it significant because it shows place value, similar to 500.0, 500.0 is more specific than 500.

Hope this helps!

No, it's not right. You have five significant digits in the answer and 0.06000x10^18 has only 4. That zero just to the left of the 6 is not significant.

The correct answer (assuming you multiplied correctly) is 5.095 x 10^12

yea that seems right
