5.2) The fermentation of glucose produces ethanol and Co2. The fermentation occurs in the presence of enzymes ,3) You cannot decompose magnesium and produce carbon dioxide.CH4(g) + 2O2(g) → CO2(g) + 2H2O(g)-1.2.......
1. Write an equation for the production of carbon dioxide from the addition of hydrochioric acid to sodium hydrogencarbonate.
2. write an equation fro the production of C02 from fermenting glucose
3. write an equation for c02 from the decomposition of magnesium by heat
5. combustion of natural gas bunsen burner is turned on

-
1) Equation:
HCl(aq) + NaHCO3(aq) → NaCl(aq) + CO2(g) + H2O(l)

2) The fermentation of glucose produces ethanol and Co2. The fermentation occurs in the presence of enzymes , which are not shown:
C6H12O6 → 2C2H5OH + 2CO2

3) You cannot decompose magnesium and produce carbon dioxide. But you can decomnpose magnesium carbonate and do this:
MgCO3(s) → MgO(s) + CO2(g)

4) Natural gas - I will take this as being methane
CH4(g) + 2O2(g) → CO2(g) + 2H2O(g)

-
1. NaHCO + HCl -> CO2 +NaCl + H2
2. C6H12O6 -> 2(CH3CH2OH) + 2CO2 + ENERGY
3. MgCO3 -> MgO + CO2
4. 2C4H10 + 13O2 -> 8CO2 + 10H2O + ENERGY

-
Carbon dioxide is CO[2], hydrochioric acid is HCL.

Good luck
