What is the difference between a procedural error and a human error in an experiment

[From: ] [author: ] [Date: 11-11-16] [Hit: ]
......
Procedural error is error within the procedure or steps in the experiment that cause the value received to not be the true one, whereas human error is not involving the procedure, but instead the error comes from a mistake or something wrong that the person performing the procedure might have done to make the results not the same as the expected results. This can be caused easily with any minor detail missed or done wrong.
