Does an aquiclude have high porosity, high permeability, or both?

Does an aquifer have high porosity, high permeability, or both?

Im not really understanding these questions, can someone please explain this.

Aquiclude does not have high permeability....may or may not have high porosity.
An aquifer has high porosity and high permeability.
