you never know, hot water could freeze faster at extremer temps. Science is truly confusing and difficult to fully understand the concept of.-Cold, because its nearer to 0 degree than the hot water which could be anywhere below 100 degrees celcius!-I think cold will freeze faster.......
Well, it always depends on the temperature you freeze it at, how much water in each beaker, and of course how long you give it. Experiments should always be repeated again and again with different dependent and independent factors. you never know, hot water could freeze faster at extremer temps. Science is truly confusing and difficult to fully understand the concept of.

I think cold will freeze faster....I know hot will freeze "better". Hot water molecules are swollen due to heat. So when they freeze it will be a bigger icecube.

Cold water. It's already cold it just needs to freeze but hot water needs to cool then freeze.
