no one really is sure.i think it's the south since it's very close to Louisiana and mississippi, but it is also close to missouri so it's hard to tell.

Arkansas is definitely in the South. Texas is usually seen as the border of the South, though it is not a "full member", so to speak. Some people call Texas the South and others don't, but Arkansas is almost always included.
