An absolute value function is given: f(x)=-2|x-1|=5
Determine the domain and range of the function.

What is the answer and how do you solve it?

Solve by plugging #'s in for x. All f(x) really is is (y) written differently so your absolute value function is really y=-2|x-1|=5. make an x and y table to find the domain and range. X=Domain and y=range. Hope this helped(:
