ahh.. i used to have same problem mate
basically what you do is go arround starting from 0 anticlockwise to pi and write any value thats in those 2 quadrants then start from 0 again and go clockwise to the same place but this time it would be -pi and so any value there you wont take away from 2pi but will be a minus number from 0t o -pi
