I presume that they mean, how many times do all of the bells ring at the same time. The lcm of all these numbers is 120 seconds, or two minutes. So they all toll together every 120 seconds. They do this at the first instant and then every two minutes thereafter. So in 30 minutes this happens 16 times - 30/2 the time it happens at instant zero.
