Math help: Solve for variable Q

Not sure how to do this b/c there are two Q's in the problem...do i have to use parameters or something?

r=Qs/m+Q

r(m+q) = qs
rm+rq=qs
rm = qs-rq
rm = q(s-r)
q = rm/s-r
