How can 800t2 -7200t+16400 be simplified to 400((5-t)2+(4-t)2)
Explain in simplified steps

-
First divide everything by 400

(800t^2 / 400) - (7200t / 400) + (16400/400)

=400 [2t^2-18t+41]

Might just have to work backwards from here. Since you can foil out 25-18t+t^2 and 16-8t+t^2 from the simplified 400((5-t)2+(4-t)2) ; you can do the following...

25-18t+t^2 = (5-t)(5-t) = (5-t)^2

16-8t+t^2 = (4-t)(4-t) = (4-t)^2

Put it all together and you have 400((5-t)2+(4-t)2)
