How would I go about solving this?

-
y=6sin2(x+75degrees) - 3

y = 6sin2(-30+75degrees) - 3 =

6sin(45) - 3 =

(6√2)/2 - 3 =

3√2 - 3 = 3(√2 - 1)

-
I think it's coefficient not power!
