MATHS HELP, pleeeease

I need this question done ASAP, i need to show full working out.

Find the x-intersect, y-intersept and the turning point, use Quadratic formula

3x² - 8x - 3

y = 3x^2 - 8x - 3

x intercept is when y = 0

3x^2 - 8x - 3 = 0

Using quadratic formula:

x = (8/6) +/- sqrt(100)/6
x = (4/3) +/- (5/3)
x = 3 or x = -1/3

ie there are two x intercepts one at (3, 0) and another at (-1/3, 0)

y intercept is when x = 0
ie at (0, -3)

Turning point occurs when dy/dx = 0
dy/dx = 6x - 8
dy/dx = 0 when 6x = 8
ie x = 4/3
This occurs at (4/3, -25/3)

The question is based on an expression.......the quadratic formula is used to solve an equation.
