Can you solve this?-54 divided by 10 times 2 which i believe equals 10.......
The length of a rectangle is 3 more than twice the width. If the perimeter is 54 inches, what is the width of the rectangle?

-
Its 8. 8*2 is 16. 16*2 is 32. 16+32 is 48. 48+6 is 54.

-
Let w= width of the rectangle
2w+3= length of the rectangle
Perimeter = length + length + width + width
Can you solve this?

-
54 divided by 10 times 2 which i believe equals 10.8
