How do you factor this expression completely:
X^3-2x^2+2x-1
The hint that the teacher gave us was that it was going to be a polynomial multiplied by (x-1) so basically you have to find that polynomial that is multiplied by (x-1) to get the original equation

X^3-2x^2+2x-1 by x-1 which yields

x^2-x+1
