PLease help me with this :

3x + 4 / 7 --(MINUS) 2x - 1 /12

ok so i think the LCM= 84???

I tried the sum and got 5x + 3 / 84

But i know my answer is incorrect, so plz helppp meeeeeeeee

3x + 4 / 7 --(MINUS) 2x - 1 /12


LCM is 84. Correct

then it'll become


(12(3x +4))/84 - (7(2x-1)) / 84

(36x + 48) / 84 - (14x - 7 )/ 84


( 36x + 48 - 14x + 7 ) / 84

(22x + 55) / 84
