Hi everyone, well, the thing is that I've got the following question in my chemistry homework (is weird, I know)

"What type of missile propulsion does exist?"

Please, if someone can answer this question I would appreciate a lot!!! As quickly as possible, please! Thanks

Missiles these days use chemical propulsion. They burn a fuel and oxygen to create gases that expand rapidly giving the msisile its speed.
There have been other projects, for example using nuclear propulsion, but as I said, these days pretty much every missile uses chemical propulsion.

Missiles are propelled by rocket power. Expanding gasses shooting
out one end propell the missile in the opposite direction.
