How to use scienific calculator in grade 10

Please help me!-Hey Im grade 10 too ^^ . I tried it and it worked I my sci cal. To get it you have to press 2nd F or Shift button you can see it on the top left then press tan button and itll show something like tan-1, then put this (1/12) , so basically itll look like this tan-1(1/12) and youll get 4.......

In my class, we did this question, where
I kept trying and trying, but I still don't know how to get that answer. Please help me!

I think it's kinda messy but hope it helps xD
