What is bacteria's point in digging in our teeth

Is it true?-Your second question is the answer to your first. They do not try to dig in our teeth. They simply break down food particles caught in our teeth. But the acids they exude as waste products can indeed dissolve our tooth enamel, and that is where tooth cavities come from.......
Do they "eat our teeth" or?

Also, I've heard that bacteria's waste is mainly acid, and so it corrodes our teeth enamel. Is it true?

There is no point, it simple does what it does to survive, and it doesn't 'dig into our teeth' it converse sugars into acids much like how you convert food into crap, and that's what screws up your teeth.
