I can solve this only by using a calculator. I'd like to know how to solve it by hand. :/

6 * 7/(4 * 6^11) = 7/(4*6^10). That's a little hard to solve by hand.
Adding the factors of 10, 10^24 * 10^22/10^16 = 10^(24 + 22 - 16) = 10^30.
