would be 27.41.Now, multiply the height of the diagonal by the perimeter and divide by two.(216 * 41.11)/2 = 4439.......
can someone please help me in this question i have finals on friday and im really nervous i want to pass my i class and i want to know how to do this problem

First, find the length of one of the diagonal sides using the Pythagorean Theorem. Since the base is 54, the distance from the center point to the edge, which is the 'a' side of the triangle, would be 27.

a² + b² = c²

27² + 31² = c²

729 + 961 = c²
1690 = c²
41.11 = c



Now, multiply the height of the diagonal by the perimeter and divide by two.

(216 * 41.11)/2 = 4439.8
